This past weekend I made a quick trip down to Muncie, Ind. to attend my buds Chris and Eileen's wedding reception at the local watering hole. I spent more time holding a beer than a camera and therefore have no photos to share. However! I did make a quick trip down to see my former roommate Betsy and her fiance Chad and toured their really fantastic garden. Here are the spoils:

I think it's pretty evident that I have a fondness for animals, some may even call it a "bleeding heart." When my friend Betsy told me she had found a litter of kittens abandoned on her property, I knew I had to stop by and meet (love) them for myself. While Betsy and her boyfriend Chad are caring for these furballs now, they'd ultimately like to find a good home(s) for them.

I trekked down to my old stomping grounds in Indiana for a brief visit with friends this past weekend. I spent waaaay more time talking than taking pictures but I did manage a few!
I spent Saturday with my good friend and former roommate Betsy at her new farmhouse home in Pendelton, about 35 minutes south of Muncie.
I was really inspired by all the goods they canned with vegetables from their own garden!
